Workshop payment confirmation

Thank you for purchasing a Workshop from Isabel Bay Design!
Your space is confirmed pending workshop sell out...
before the first session in your workshop, I'll email you final confirmation

Please be prepared and bring:

  • Your Laptop Computer (with wireless Internet capability) and power cord. (If you don't have a laptop, I have one Mac laptop available to reserve. Please contact me before paying for any workshop to ensure my laptop is available to use. Thanks.)
  • With Squarespace supported browser installed (for Squarespace workshop only.)
  • Internet account passwords for existing online accounts you may need to access, such as registration companies, hosting companies, Squarespace, Etsy, email, etc.
  • Credit card (not debit card) for online purchases if necessary.
  • Paper and pen for note-taking.
  • Digital photos, images, logos for your project on computer, email, disk, thumb drive, camera etc. (be sure you own all visual content and/or have copyright permission from the owner.)
  • Written text content for your project on paper, computer, email, disk, thumb drive, old website, etc. For example: if building a new Squarespace website, write up some content for your Home, About or Services pages.

Policies:

  • Open to all qualified participants (Please read all notes on your preferred workshop and my policies below. And contact me if you have any questions, thanks.)
  • REFUNDS, minus 15% for administrative costs, will be issued if notified 48 hours before workshop begins. (i.e. $102 refunded for a $120 workshop.)
  • EXCHANGES allowed if notified 48 hours before before workshop begins. You'll have a choice of:
    1. credit for future workshop, space permitting, or
    2. two hours of personal, 1-on-1 coaching, or
    3. two hours of Isabel Bay graphic design services
    All choices expire after 6 months of exchange date.
  • NO REFUNDS for any missed sessions—though you may make up a missed session in another workshop, if space is available.
  • Transfers to or substitutions of other people for the entire workshop are allowed if notified 48 hours before any workshop begins and with minimal prescreening.
  • All workshops are offered first-come, first-served, with a waiting list for any filled workshop.
  • If a workshop does not fill up, I will have to cancel it. I will notify anyone who has registered. You'll have a choice of:
    1. full refund, or
    2. credit for future workshop, space permitting, or
    2. two hours of personal, 1-on-1 coaching, or
    3. two hours of Isabel Bay graphic design services

 

Location:

All workshops are held in my home office, at 906 Benton Street, uptown Port Townsend. Just 2 blocks from Lawrence St towards the high school. My house is on the corner of Benton and Garfield, is light blue with a tan roof and scores of decorative shingles. 

Park anywhere on Benton or Garfield Streets, please enter through front door on Benton Street; be prepared that my house is shoes off (socks please) and that my home office is upstairs on the second floor. Allergy alert: this is a 2 cat household.
